This phase includes constant monitoring and interaction. We keep an eye on budgets to ensure the lowest costs, stay on top of schedules for timely delivery and work closely with the design team to create your vision.

Construction

Working with trusted subcontractors, we keep them accountable throughout the entire build. From sequence to production and quality control, we stay focused on the goal.

Post-Construction

The last step in any build. This phase includes site cleanup, final inspections and move-in coordination. After completion, we have a final walk-through to ensure your complete satisfaction.

RUSSELL

Owner / Operator

Russell Martin has over 15 years of experience in the construction industry. Prior to helping start up Northern Edge Builders, he spent his years in the industry first starting out as a co op student. Working his way up he spent time as a laborer, lead hand and onsite foreman. Following 10 years in the field he then transitioned into a sales and project management position. All this has accumulated to extensive knowledge in what it takes, to get a project from a plan on paper to you walking into your brand new build! Russell knows communication is key to a successful building project and is looking forward to meeting all you construction needs!

Kyle

Owner / Operator

Kyle has over 10 years of experience in the building industry, from working on an array of different residential and commercial projects. Starting as a laborer and working his way to foreman and project manager he is ready to use this experience to help run any project smoothly. Kyle has a passion for making a customer’s dream on paper become a reality.
